Rochelle & Erin have spent hours thinking about how best to serve the industry that has been the basis of their own business growth.
With all that thought, some patience, and a little bit of time we’ve come up with a hub to connect you, to educate you, and to support you to be the greatest party supplier you can be.


Rochelle is the Managing Director of Party Stylists Australia and owner of
Pop the Balloon! Children’s Parties & Events.

Over the past 6 years she has built a thriving children’s party styling and entertainment business on the NSW Central Coast and founded Party Stylists Australia which she started to help connect and network with other small party businesses across Australia.
Prior to joining the party industry, Rochelle spent over 20
years in the banking and finance industry supporting industry leaders and managing large scale conferences and events, and has an Associate Degree in Business.

Rochelle is also a creative who loves to dance and entertain.  She spent many of her formative years in a dance studio teaching students to dance and choregraphing routines for stage and competitions.


Erin has been running small businesses in the events and party industry since late 2014. A Cert IV in Hospitality and Tourism has seen her spend her working years in service based industries. With experience spanning the e-commerce world, prop hire, and various aspects of the wedding industry including video, event management, and styling she has successfully been published digitally and in print for conceptual styling ideas in collaboration with arguably Australia’s top floral artist, who she is honoured to call a friend.

With a Communications Degree (Hons) focused primarily on writing she brings her unique approach to problem solving and idea generation to Party Stylists Australia as the Director of Operations and Technology.

With skills in website building, SEO, and a results coaching accreditation, Erin likes to lighten the sometimes-serious mood that running any business can overshadow a day with.
Most days you’ll find her in her executive corner garage-office (of which Rochelle is jealous) staring mindfully at the computer screen and dreaming of cocktails by the pool.

Membership Includes

Monthly Masterclass or Workshop – in all things related to our industry featuring superb suppliers and other small business experts.

Weekly Busy Working Bees where you can log on to a Zoom meeting and work together with other solopreneurs and bounce ideas around, and get feedback on the things you’re working on.

Monthly Coaching Calls with Erin where you can bring your problems and we will find solutions. We can work on marketing, offers, website stuff, SEO, your goals, accountability measures and lots more.

We also have our superb Awards partners at Confetti Fair where you can submit your collab work and feature in their mini mags.

You’ll get reminders here to add your images and products to Rochelle’s call outs to be featured on the Party Stylists Australia Instagram feed.

The Private Members group is here for you daily to login and ask any work related questions you might have, and Rochelle and I answer questions if you have them on your posts or you can shoot us a pm if its a sensitive one.

There’s all of the online portal which is being added to regularly so you can grab tools, ideas, upgrade your knowledge, and get educated on aspects of business that are important to helping you grow.

New Toolkits launch early March each year and build on foundational skills for buisness.

Courses and Workshops are created around the areas our members need help with. These are accessible on the Members Portal at any time. We welcome our members feedback and ideas about what they need most.
